Nice hotel and a great location but if you are staying when they are hosting an event eg a wedding party on Saturday night as I was, forget sleeping. The disco permeates the entire building. I'd find somewhere else. For the price, there are better options.

This place is horroble, and should not be open , I did not even used the bedding , the washroom was deplorable, I will never would ever go there or recommend it to anyone.
I demand my money back.tyey even charged me for parking and my vehicle got scratched maliciously.

Very friendly staff. Good food and nice restaurant location.
Rooms are small and old. Parking lot is two blocks away.

It's a great place to stay at on where it connects to the Guatemala's culture and history, with a tipical presentation on there building and personal, so many points cover just in one place.

You can't beat this place for its atmospherics. The grand old lady of Guatemala City hotels. Yes, it's seen better days and better guests, but I just love the place.
