good and clean hotel very spacious suite, but wifi in my room was very poor and unstable i was able to get stable connection in the reception area only. selection of breakfast was not so great and taste was also okay. hotel is able to provide free shuttle service to the airport.

Great rooms, BUT VIP lounge needs attention We arrived on Sunday and went to the lounge in the 17th floor and it was deserted there was no one from the staff,there were no drinks at all not even bottled water or hot water for tea, we the. Found someone cleaning and said that someone was going to come to help That person never came - ViP is not so VIP after all

Nice clean hotel. Stayed here in 2012 and was a good stay. Remodeling done in 2014. Clean quiet and very westernized.

The rooms are gorgeous and the waterfall showers are lovely. A five star experience at a three star price. The staff treat you like family and are quick to help with any need. I especially love the covered patio dining area, which includes a waterfall and makes you feel you're a world away. Perfect for business travelers!

Nice hotel in Guatemala center. Spacious and comfortable rooms. I think that it will be better to have swimming pool on the roof.

1st time at the Clarion in Guatemala City, and I am really impressed with the professional ethics they displayed here. They quickly and professionally resolved an issue that normally would have resulted in a one star rating. A special about out to the reception team for their help in the matter. If I ever come back to Guatemala City, I'd definitely revisit the Clarion.

Loved it. All the rooms are a Jr suite which makes it awesome, great city view from each room, besides great buffet breakfast is included during the stay. Definitely going back.

This is a nice clean newer hotel in prime location of downtown Guatemala City. That is how my review stops.

We have stated a few times and the staff when you register have the same drill to up sell you.

We cannot find your reservation, even when you hand them the printed out copy.
Your room is not ready, we can upgrade you, (they forget to tell you for a small fee).
What time should we call you for breakfast? If you tell them 7:00 then you will find an $18.00 per person charge for breakfast added on.

Be careful.
