Overall this was a comfortable place, but felt like a cozy hotel more than a hostel. The BEST thing here was that our shower in our private room was HOT. That came unexpected, considering most places in this region had cold water only. The wifi signal was pretty nonexistent in the room, and only worked part of the time in the bar/restaurant area.
The colors and layout of the place are really pretty, and the food/drinks we ordered in the afternoon were very good.
Be prepared to leave Q100 as a deposit for your room key - this is something I have never come across in any of my travels.

I didn't really like it. The mattresses we're not very comfortable and internet barely worked. Also, when we left, they completely screwed up our breakfast and lunch (to go) order. I got the wrong things and more than I asked for (which I couldn't get refunded), and later saw they even charged me extra for service.. Would've argued but was in a rush to catch my bus. Shower in the room wasn't warm but the one in the laundry room was, so use that one if you're there.

The good: great common area, good food, wonderful staff, bathrooms outside dorms are nice. The bad: a bit pricy, the 9 bed dorm feels like a prison and the mattresses crunch, the bathroom smells awful. Overall it's still a good place to stay because the staff are wonderful and the facilities outside that 9 bed dorm are good too. And again the social ares is small and cozy and great for socialising or just being lazy

Would like to start with the very helpful and friendly staff. They really put effort in it to make our stay comfortable and would deserve 5 stars. Water refill was for free, we could use the fridge for our stuff and there were hot showers. Wi-Fi however did not work in our room and we had to leave it to use it. The six bed dorm was unfortunately way to small for 6 beds and there was no ac.

We stopped in for a beer to wait for some friends. Good wifi, at least in the common area. Friendly service.

I liked it very muchI was mainly on Jessy's shift and she was very diligent solving all the minor things needed for you to be comfortable.

Overall a slightly below average personal experience here. It's not a bad hostel really but there were too many annoying factors that added up to make it worth searching for another place. Any couple of these factors in another hostel might be expected. So by themselves they are quite trivial and may bother others less, so its probably just fine for other folks.

My first annoyance was the wifi. I don't know why everyone says that the wifi works great. It was always super slow and took me forever to connect my devices. And that happened every time I opened my laptop, it took me like 10 to 15 minutes to get a connection and was never able to do WiFi calling. It wasn't just operator error either, it was an issue for other guests as well.

The staff can be a bit terse but eventually open up. When I arrived the toilet paper was out, no soap in the bathroom and the bin was full. It was better over the next two days. So I guess it's hit or miss. In general I think I arrived at a bad time, but it happens.

The common spaces were pretty nice and good places to hang out and do planning (if you get the internet working). I stayed in the 9 bed dorm with aircon that was turned on during the night. It was pretty cramped in there and when the air on cut out during the night it started to get quite hot. The aircon was turned off during the middle of every night that I stayed there. If you go to bother the front desk they'll turn it back on but it's quite an annoyance. I would be fine with this if they advertised the aircon in the room as is. But they say it's on from 9pm to 9am and then turn it off in the middle of every night, that's just dishonest.

It was too expensive to eat at the restaurant on a tight budget so I can't speak on that but other guests seemed happy with it. The happy hour drink specials on the daiquiris are great though.

Also keep in mind there is no kitchen here and food is expensive here if you are on a tight budget so that makes it extra expensive to stay here (the small market on the west end of the island is a good place for cheapish prepared food). They have laundry service here but also it's cheaper to do it elsewhere. There is not place to fill up on potable water here but if you ask the front they will fill up a water bottle.

The hostel was alright and service could have been better. Clean rooms and good wifi. But few people staying there so it's not very exciting.

A nice spot in Flores. They offer dorms and private rooms. There's a good food and bar service, luggage storage and free wifi. The location is great, close to the bridge to Santa Elena. The friendly staff don't speak much English but we were able to get by. Definitely recommend!

It's okay, good location but nothing special about it. No views to really speak of, and the shower did have hot water.. with an electrocution warning on it! These shower heads are standard in this part, so it's not a bad thing, but it was funny. It's centrality located to some good markets and restaurants, but we stayed here out of desperation because all other places are full, so it did in a pinch and was inexpensive.
