I would absolutely NOT recommend Hertz as your car rental service provider. The staff is not making clear about the assurance coverage and when you need their help, they would find a thousand excuses and finally charges you an incredible fee for a little damage.

By far the best car rental company in all of Guatemala, I would not trust anyone else with my car rental needs. Look no further, at Hertz Guatemala you will be treated like family!!!

Excellent service and by far the best variety of vehicles for rent in all of Guatemala...they have compact, 4x4, luxury...they have everything for everyone!!!

The service was promt and all charges were clearly stated, no problems whatsoever. I would gladly return to Hertz in the future, my car was exceptional!!!

The have the fastest service to get you into a rental car at the airport...don't even bother trying any of the other car rental companies. Hertz Guatemala is the best by far!!!
