  Excellent. The young Marcia Ponce was at all times attentive to answer each of the questions about the tours. The guide Christian López super helpful, attentive at all times to give us information and take us to very interesting places.

  My husband and I were impressed from our first tour to the last, (3 guided tours booked). For our Tikal tour we were greeted at our hotel by Henry on time and taken to the airport. After driving us to the airport for our trip to Tikal, we realized we needed our passports and had to return to the hotel. Henry Had not left because he wanted to be sure we boarded. He understood our situation and got us back to the hotel and to the airport in time to catch our flight with not worries.
  Our Tikal tour guide, Manuel was very knowledgeable about the Mayan civilization and took us safely through the jungle to unimaginable and spectacular views while goading us on to climb yet another pyramid and temple. He made it super fun!
  
  We then did the Lake Atitlan and Santiago adventure and then the Pakaya Volcano on horseback with our wonderful guide, Davis. He always took us to the best food places we would have never found on our own. We learned so much about Guatemala! We loved the little cafe and the wonderful coffee too. Everyone was so very nice! The adventures were wonderful and we got to see the beautiful sights, sounds and colorfully dressed people at the markets.
  
  I would highly recommend this tour guide company as we always felt very safe and assured that we were getting a tremendous value!
