The fact that it’s been over 10 years since I visited this establishment and still remember how amazing it was is truly remarkable. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and I honestly couldn’t tell you which one I stayed at last month let alone 10 years ago. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful with everything I needed, I specifically remember Byron from those years ago because he was one of the kindest people I’ve met throughout my travels. The pizza that was served by the pools and hot tubs was by far the best pizza I’ve ever had and got me to eat things I’d never had before, I ended up having that a few times during my visits to this establishment. I came around Christmas and the Christmas tree was beautiful and something I was not expecting but was very happy to see. I can confidently say that staying here helped make my trip even more enjoyable because of the looks, hospitality, and overall wonderful culture that was implemented into the entire establishment.

Great hotel with all the amenities you enjoy in a great 4 star hotel in the states. Wonderful pool area with a bar. Gym and spa treatments available. There is the Centro Comercial Tikal Futura shopping ceter located in the first two floors for shopping. At night the lobby bar has live music and dancing.

Always enjoy our time here. This was our third visit. The overnights provided a welcome period of rest after a couple weeks of work and travel in Guatemala. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever enjoyed anywhere.

Looking for a little Guatemalan history this is the place!. From hotel stays to movie theater attraction this place has it all. Bowling alleys and Bingo nights. The whole family can have fun. Safe place with ample parking and views.

Great rooms and service! English spoken by employees. Elevator to next door mall. Wall Mart down the street. Bus stop across the street. Nice pool!

Great spacious rooms with views from every floor. Wonderful staff and very helpful. Room service was quick and food had a great taste. I recommend anyone to visit this hotel. It has 2 malls that are close by and have lots of stores.
