Hum? Well great staff, good food and new linens. However hotel is older and there are a few issues with sanitation due to this fact. Overall it is a welcome stay. Need to remove the carpet in the rooms

one for all: you should pay for the shower gel. in this hotel you have to pay 1 USD for each small bottle of shower gel. That's ridiculous. Never heard such a thing in my life. Unbelievable

Location and service. The room was fine good size but not window. With window 5. The rooms need new floors. Laminate isn't a good idea. Should be tile. But would stay again

Staff was amazing!!!! Breakfast on point! My husband and I stay for 3 weeks and everything was fabulous. Franz Estrada helped me booked my days and he was so helpful we actually got to see each other in person and talked about our stay and how pleased my husband and I were. Everything was so clean and well organized. Staff always with a nice welcome or a good morning or afternoon. Receptionist was helpful to get a taxi. Definitely coming back to this hotel when I get to go to Guatemala again

Men in suits welcome you outside the front door. Taxi drivers you can trust wait to take you anywhere you need to go. A safe home away from home. We chose the least expensive room, but it was all we needed. Huge beds. Coffee maker in the room. Same-day laundry service is available. My wife got a great massage. Free Wi-Fi, but they were having trouble with it during much of our stay of two and a half weeks. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

I had a great time at the Guatemala City Marriott. It had good service and comfortable beds. It was hard to find though. I booked two rooms and they were both great for me and my family. I recommend it and will go there again. I think you should visit it and everything nearby is great.

Was disappointed with the restaurant. But they have a nice outdoor hot tub and the beds were very comfortable.

Good service in general, the Breakfast fulfill the basic needs and the GYM can have better machines.
Rooms are clean and have good space.

Have stayed here with my family several times. Location wise is perfect. Room size is a plus specially traveling with kids. I see a few maintenance issues; shower tub above us was leaking badly. Overall experience was great! Restaurant & bar on site.
