  I had a terrible experience, from the secretary and with the Dr, not to mention, he has nothing of empathy or vocation, he laughed in my face at my symptoms and told me that they were invented until fortunately I found another ENT doctor who made a good diagnosis, I would dare to say that he is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I recommend that you look for other options, in Xela there are more otolaryngologists. Sincerely, Rita Juárez

  We have more than two hours waiting. And that is not adequate in a lunch schedule. I think we had a lot of patience.
  We will not return definitively!
  The reception staff should anticipate the waiting time and the number of consultations, so that the doctor of a better quality of care!
