This is, sadly, the largest mall in Quetzaltenango by far. Avoid holidays, parking is a nightmare. Food court is usually crowded as well

Wait time for dominos is ridiculous. Overall the mall was great. Customer service is better than in the states. Discounts are not as available or offered. Bathroom facilities are poor conditions. Pretty dirty from number of customers but staff tries to keep up. This mall has many American brand stores and sometimes can find at cheaper prices but highly doubtful. Parking should be bigger too.

I would rate it 5 Stars but on November 10 2017 they'll start charging you for parking.
It's a very nice place, you can find almost everything here: hotels, restaurants like Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, Pollo Campero, Panda Express, Pizza Hut, los Cebollines, Tre Fratelli, cellphone stores,a nice food court and dressing stores everywhere. Highly recommended

So far, it's the big mall in town. But it's still just a mall. Wal-Mart 'superstore' (but not really) is the anchor, and comes in handy for some items you may be coveting.
