  The food over all was ok. They had very good focaccia, and the waiter was friendly.
  
  Our bad experience was we ordered a pizza with arugula instead of the burrata that we wanted, since they were out of burrata. Then our pizza came and it had a lot of parsley instead of arugula
  
  I told the waiter that “this is not arugula, it’s parsley” and he said. “We don’t have arugula, so the chef improvised” terrible, we would have just ordered something else..

  Nice. Everyone speaks perfect English. Según dice el dueño everything is organic. I had the ahi tuna tartar it was great.

  My wife and I are now weekly diners at Cafe Opera. Most of the ingredients are organic or imported. The owners are fanatical about quality, cleanliness and service. The chefs are world class and create works of art. If you have a special occasion don't order from the menu Ask them to make you something special and get ready to be blown away. And Peter and Karla knew there wines and have the best!
