Great place. This Family Water Park has fun slides and the wave pool is great fun. The Thermals is great to sit after a long day of fun to talk with friends or relax. Jacuzzies are very very hot ,but they are great to sit and feel the natural water on your skin. The cimarrona drink is great compared to many other location. Food is great quality and fresh. Service is great and helpful. It was worth the come to this location if you ever visit Guatemala and want to visit a true expirence because it is small but as a Family business they do a great job. I will come back here every time I come to Guatemala.

Great place for a swim, but that's it. Don't go to the restaurant as the food is rubbish and expensive. Ordered a "Caldo de Mariscos" and was like dish water, horrible to be honest. Complained to the manager and all I got was a Lemonade. NOT WORTH IT. I RECOMMEND TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD

Espléndido lugar para ir con la familia y/o amigos, buena seguridad, amplio parqueo, varias piscinas para todas las edades y ambiente agradable, se los recomiendo.

Piscinas de agua caliente. Bonito lugar y para toda la familia. Se puede pasar la noche ahí. El restaurant tiene un menú muy limitado pero efectivo. El servicio prestado por las personas es cordial. Las instalaciones en general están en buen estado, aunque en ocasiones habiendo clientela empiezan a hacer mantenimientos y sacan a los visitantes sin muchas explicaciones. Punto en contra

Excelente para un dia en familia. Tiene más de 5 toboganes, piscina de olas, piscina para niños, 2 jacuzzi, restaurante, area de churrasco, canchas. Pero, las piscinas se mantienen frias, los baños y vestidores pueden mejorar y las instalaciones se miran desgastadas.

Fui para semana Santa. El agua me pareció sucia en algunas piscinas. La comida rápida es muy mala y cara. Es mejor llevar y comer en el área verde.

Really nice and warm water, the waterslides are really fun although they at not too big they are cool. However, they let people play their music too high in the parking spaces next to the grills. And the restrooms could also improve though.
