  They forgot to mention the pool would be totally closed due to renovations. Receptionist took the phone (and conversation) while talking to us. Fridge half in the room

  Bay not ocean. Don't expect ocean blue. Very Nice pool area. Very manicured grounds.

  Pretty place but not a lot to do. Swim up bar and hammocks were the best part. Watch your bill though seemed like there was a lot of mistakes.

  The room is clean, and the maids clean it well. The restaurant food is not to good for my American taste buds. The pool area is very nice.

  Great location, perfect to see a sunset, they have everything u expext on a resort, the staff is amazing specially the lafy that helps with the towels by the pool.

  WHY GO TO ASIA WHEN GUATEMALA IS SO CLOSE, THE WHITE CARIBBEAN BEACHES, STUNNING SUNSETS, DELICIOUS FOOD,SERVICE WAS EXCELENT. WE GOT THERE AT NIGHT AND AND IT FELT LIKE ENTERING JURASSIC PARK WITH ALL THE TREES . THE NEXT NIGHT ON OUR WAY TO OUR ROOM WE FOUND OURSELVES SURROUNDED BY FIREFLIES, SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL .

  Sigh*** such a beautiful place with the worst costumer service ever. For a reservation of 15 guest the staff looked and acted horrified. They didn't know what to do with us. No wifi anywhere except the main office. Bring lots of mosquito repellent! And do not count on the extra activities within the resort, they are never available (except the pool)
