I loved this place, with very nice view and big pool. Car or scooter recomended for transport.
My bed was so loud when I sat in it. Creaking loud as hell. I had to sleep with my husband in different beds. Hot water was available only in the morning and we had so many ants and flies that we could barely sleep. It got really hot in the room and if we tried to open the windows at night we would be invaded by bugs. We had air conditioning but you had to pay for it and it somehow made it better. Oh and the TV in our room did not work.
Abysmal cleaning staff and diabolical management who only try to squeeze you of as much money as possible. Changed rooms twice due to being placed in an occupied room (unprofessional) and a room stinking of sewerage (disgusting). Huge swathes of Italian students made noise all night, every night, and the hotel did nothing to consider the needs of sleep for other guests (including children) when complained to - "just see how things go". Maids don't clean. Towels not changed for 5 days and found a plaster on my "clean" bed sheet. Beds hard, and only twin rooms available, no doubles. Breakfast is very poor, not even any toast available.
Excellent hotel in a great location, situated on a hilltop with fantastic views of Corfu. Very clean, friendly staff and the hotel also offers free breakfast which was very good. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
A fantastic, clean hotel situated close to everything in Corfu. The views from all the rooms are peaceful and very green. As well, the pool and outdoor bar area are maintained and enjoyable for drinks or food. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for all ages.
Even when accounting for its budget nature and low price, the hotel is beyond awful. While a normal hotel changes towels every day, Jason Hotel only does so every four days. While this in itself is already extremely poor, what is even worse is that the hotel then expects its guests to pay a FINE for dirtying the towels. Isn't a towel made to cleanse the body, and hence inevitably become dirty? Furthermore, the hotel tries to squeeze guests of each and every penny by fabricating information suggesting that towels and bedsheets have been damaged whereas in reality they are in perfectly whole condition. Breakfast was tasteless and dull, there was rarely hot water in the showers, and the beds were very hard and made sleeping difficult. Moreover, some of the hotel staff were very rude to the guests. As if things weren't bad enough, two minutes away from the hotel lies a stinking rubbish pile that smells as if it has been left untouched for months. Although this isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, it doesn't exactly help either. But apart from the aforementioned atrocities, it's not a bad hotel :)
Hotel Jason truly is abysmally bad. Dirty rooms, rude staff and old food. Even considering the price, Hotel Jason is nothing short of catastrophic. Dead insects were left splattered on the wall and the smell in my room was reminiscent of human feces. Upon raising these concerns with the receptionist, I was threatened with being kicked out. Stay at your own peril and make sure to bring plenty of disinfectant.
