Shocking hotel.in the middle of nowhere food is bad. Shower is filthy. No trips available to book have to book through travel operator in advance of holiday. Closest shop and bus stop is 30 min walk away and that is just to get a bus to archaravi. Hotel can't book taxis there is noway of travelling anywhere. I have two children and a 30 minute walk in 33° is just ridiculous. Beach is nice but not sandy. Also at least a 2 hour drive from the airport. Can't wait to get home.

All inclusive, really! Friendly, steps to the beach. Meals throughout the day are varied and well planned with superb staff. Reception is professional and helps with anything you need. Rooms cozy and clean, could update mattresses. Family friendly.

Very nice place. Short way from hotel room to the pool and also to the sea. Beautiful view on sunset from here.

Absolutely beautiful. The Apartments are well looked after. The views are great, roof bar in the evening to watch the sun go down. Friendly staff. Foods ok for all inclusive, plenty of restaurants around within walking distance. Nice peaceful area.

Ludzie to nie Hotel a osrodek wypoczynkowy zreszta jak go zwal tak go zwal leżaki zapadniete na basenie,pokoje nazwijmy to posprzatane ale za to pościel cóz poplamiona obsmarkana itp.ten Hotelpowinien miec jakąs jedna gwiazdke za ta cene latam z itaka juz 10 lat i dopiero teraz zlozylem reklamacje poniewaz w takim brudzie i syfie nie chcieli byscie spac ani funkcjonowac a jeszcze jedno jedzenie takie sobie.

To start, this should be a 2** Hotel (being generous). Rooms are old and falling apart. Some of them you can't even throw toilet paper in the wc (!!) but in a bin. Our room wasn't cleaned everyday unless we complained to reception. There is no free wifi and if you pay for it, you can connect one device only. It is totally orientated to east eurepean guests and most of the animation team are native Russian or Polish but don't speak English.
On the other side, location is amazing in front of the beach. Pool area is great. Food is good as well and staff are friendly.response / report this review -
