Nice and clean place. I really love the view of the sea. The whole hotel is very well organized and the staff is awesome. Great family hotel. And also near the village of Ouranoupoli.

Clean large double rooms. Close to the village of Ouranupoli where you can go for lunch and dinner. Haven't seen so slow Internet since the end of 90s.

UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! Lida Koutsoumi, (Λήδα Κου) Guest Relations Manager of Xenia Ouranoupolis is reviewing
The hotel she is manager at with 5 stars.
They are manipulating reviews to gain a higher score.
This is the worst 4 stars hotel I have stayed at.
The cleanliness was terrible like a cartoon where the character is lazy and hides everything under the carpet.
Rum is in urgent need of renovation, old furniture,
The same goes for the toalet.
No shower supplies by the way.
The air condition is from the 1990 and is positioned directly utside the balcony, like 1,5 meters from the bed and the neighboring air conditioning is rughly 2,5 meters from the bed.
You can just imagine how much noise and vibration it is making on a hot night..
The bed is a disaster, it must be from 1990 as well.
It is solid hard and when turning side wile sleeping the hole madras Is moving side ways a few times.
I got same rashes and itchiness from the dirtiness of the bed.
My wife got an infection from the air condition she visited the doctor and had been prescribed antibiotics.
The hotel was begging for good reviews several times.
It was a horrible experience, if I had any other option I Would leave the hotel in a heartbeat!response / report this review -

We are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and in the rooms.We are not pleased with the service of the waiters in the restaurant.Dogs are walking on the beach and around the tables without owner.The WI-FI is paid for 5euro.The umbrellas and the sunbeds are paid too.

Wonderful hotel, especially if you just want to get away from the city and enjoy nature at its best. Mt Athos is right nextdoors, so there is a feeling of serenity & devoutness. Clean, professional, yet cozy. A must!
