The hotel is old and service suck. The entire hotel is leaking water because of the rain. We paid for rooms, but no rooms are available. They made us Waite 5 hours, their is still no rooms available. The restaurant employee don't speak English. They are rude and they don't even know their own menu. This is the worst hotel in all of Greece.

Quiet and peaceful, two private beaches, excellent food, staff speaks English and they are all friendly and nice people. If you plan to enjoy in beatifull sunset in total peace with full service, this is the right place. I would give them 5 stars but there is no free WiFi..aldo that can be an advantage 👍

Very good hotel, a friendly staff, simple but nice rooms, good quality of cleanliness, great breakfast and dinner, careful hotel management, large and clean swimming pool, wonderful huge terrace-bar with incredible views on the bay and on the sunset! Me and my family have spent seven good days in this beautiful hotel on the wonderful island of Ammouliani! There was a small problem in the day before last day: the staff had missed to clean our room, but I am sure it was accidental. After we told to the management they responded immediately and the room was cleaned quickly.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends! It’s perfect place for calm and pleasant holiday, especially for families.
One personal remark: I don’t think it’s good idea to ask guests to pay an extra-charge for the internet access. In 21st century the internet is not an extra, it’s necessity. It should be good the hotel management to think about this topic!

Пълна трагедия!Абсолютна подигравка от мениджър болен мозък по отношение на храната!Най-ужасната храна ,която някъде сме опитвали!Стаите не са лоши,басейна също е ок!Много скъп алкохол!Плажа на хотела не е хубав!Категорично не си струва парите!

There was an issue of room cleaness,broken toilet seat, dirty matress with fungi and mould, tired decoration, dusty walls. The half board offer unpleasant surprise of set menu. 4 out of six dinners had to eat out as the menu was not child friendly and badly cooked with a few exceptions. The morning buffet satisfactory with a good variety of food. The issue was the timing. It would shut at 10 so we had to wake up in order to get breakfast in time. At ten sharp the staff would start gathering the food. The staff with a few exceptions was super polite and worked really hard to serve everybody to perfection. Actualky they all worjed 7 to 12 with a few breaks and no days off. The spa only worked Thursday Friday Saturday so not always available. The massage was fine though. The common outdoor pool was fantastic with lifeguard.
The last but not least problem was the parking place were I should bring my 4x4 if only I had one in order to climb up the hills. No designated parking spaces. Overall the hotel is rather dated and requires serious improvement and refurbishment.response / report this review -
