Fantastic place. Everyone very friendly. Entertainment is good. Beach is lovely and the view is beautiful. Food is usual buffet style with plenty of choice. Drinks free and plentiful. Steps down to the beach so not good if you're not mobile. Pool not suitable for children.

Great beach with showers, toilets and beach bar/restaurant. Everything you need with a natural swimming pool enclosed by rocks. Highly recommended

We spent 12 days in this resort in august/september 2017 and we were very satisfied. The hotel is very clean, stuff is young and very friendly.
Hotel consists of 2 apartment buildings (one with the reception and the other with private pools in front of the balcony, 16 bungalows and one building with night club, restaurant, pool bar and a roof bar.
Beach is cleaned every day, there is some seaweed in the water but not that much. Water is clean, there are some fish but not that many. You can rent a paddle boat or a kayak. Sunbeds are charged (6€ for 2 beds and an umbrella per day). If you want to use the hotel towels, there is a 10€ deposit per each.The only issue is the access to the beach, there are many stairs so you have to "watch your step" :) The pool is small and needs a reconstruction, we did not spend time there.
Rooms were quite large, cleaned every day, we had a stable Wi-Fi connection in the room all the time and we were accommodated on the farest side of the hotel.
Food is very nice, consisting mostly of Greek cuisine but you can have e.g. English breakfast as well. All inclusive consists of free beer, wine, coffee, ice cream and spirits and 4 kinds of mixed drinks. There is a snack bar opened during the day in the pool bar with hamburgers, pies and french fries. All inclusive ends at 11.00pm.
Clients are mostly British, Polish and Slovak.
The evening entertainment is not that amazing, there is no stage, near the pool bar were karaoke night, quiz night, and some artists played music and sung in the roof bar. But there are many pubs and taverns nearby with live music and other entertainment if you are into this kind of stuff.
It is possible to rent a car or a quad near the hotel, or book a trip to many places the island offers to visit. The town of Tsilivi is located 5 min by walk, but there is no town square, just hotels, restaurants, markets, souvenir shops and taverns. The hotel is located 20 min by bus from the airport.

We stayed in hotel in summer 2017. Nice and clean hotel rooms. Polite, friendly hotel stuff. The hotel is situated about 50 stairs over see level. You have to "watch your steps" :-)

Modern spacious hotel with very good rooms and facilities.
Large restaurant with buffet style help yourself food. Unfortunately the hot food is luke warm and needs to be hotter. Tried different times of the day but made no difference. This was the biggest problem.
Great salad bar and drinks are good for the all inclusive price. Free wifi and in a fairly quiet location. Clean hotel and great beach towel service.
Replies on TripAdvisor to guests reviews are very arrogant and patronising.response / report this review -

Lovely place and I highly recommend the top terrace / sky bar. Has beautiful views of the island of Zakynthos and is especially romantic around sunset. The staff here are polite, friendly and accommodating. They are always looking to improve your stay or visit. It's a great location for wedding receptions too (especially in the beach bar). Highly recommend to anyone.
