Top hotel for Zakynthos. We take room with private pool! Delicisous diners. Excellent service.

The main building is in good condition, all other buildings are slightly dated. We were put in the furthest away room, around 5-7min walk uphill to the main building. The two pools are badly serviced, the bar is overpriced for the very average quality of the drinks, the gym is in really bad condition as most equipment doesn't work.. Breakfast was OK, good variety of choice. Overall, the location is beautiful but it was disappointing.

A truly excellent hotel, with very friendly staff. Lovely views and grounds. Spoiled only by the excessive bar prices.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Looks like, impressive construction, but that's it. So, stay away if you look for a comfortable place to relax with quality services. As is now, full of "all inclusive" tourism. Facilities semi abandoned. It will not survive for long.

Stayed in family suite. The room was big and spacious but the shower water was Brown and you have to leave it running for a few mins until clear. The room itself and bathroom also has minimal lighting so it feels like you're taking a shower in the dark. The rooms also do not have wifi which in 2017 is poor. Breakfast was okay but you pay extra for drinks that are not tea or coffee. Staff though were friendly.

The Mabely hotel is situated in a Large and beautiful Nature. The sunset is Lovely.
If somebody wants to meet some really nice Greek people, there is at about 1 km a Taverna that organize one or twice a week a Greek night where Everybody can dance and sing along.
The Mabely hotel got some really nice staff that are friendly and really Funny. The buffet is good. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed was that there is only the Self service buffet.
A big Thanks to the Poolbar. Really really good burgers or Plates for two! The Stuff made me feel like home!
The beach is not so near, so its better to organize a Quad or a car over the Mabely Hotel. They got some Shuttles that take you to every beach you want for free.

Спокойное место в дали от пляжей и оживленных улиц. много отдыхающих пенсионного и предпенсионного возроста) очень вкусные десерты, дорогое вино и напитки в ресторане. Стоит останавливаться в двух случаях:
1. если у Вас все включено и нет желания куда то ездить.
