Υπέροχη θέα, θαυμάσιο πρωινό και φαγητό, εξαιρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό!

Ιδιως η κακή επικοινωνία ιδιοκτήτη με πελάτες αντιεπαγγελματική, καθόλου προσωπικό εργάζονταν μόνο οι ιδιοκτήτες , αδιάφορο πρωινό γεύμα με πολλές βασικές ελλείψεις όπως γάλα νερό χυμοί ένα είδος τυρί !!!!, μακριά η θάλασσα από το ξενοδοχείο (χρειάζεται αμάξι για να πας ειδάλλως είχε περπάτημα κουβαλοντας πραγματα- δεν ανέφεραν σωστά την απόσταση στο site ούτε τηλεφωνικά) δεν αντικαθιστούσαν καθημερινά τα είδη φροντίδας μόνο κατοπιν παρακλήσεως ( χαρτί υγείας, σαμπουάν ) το ξενοδοχείο και η θέα πολύ ωραία

I rarely write negative reviews for a hotel but I was really surprised by what happened at this property. On the 11th of July I called the property to inquire about the layout of the rooms but was not ready to book over the phone. Later on that evening I made a reservation for two nights 12 -14 of July.We arrived only to find out that the reception was closed. We assumed that the receptionist was busy on another role and would return. We waited outside -in a heatwave- time went by and after multiple calls the owner called us back telling us that we had no reservation and anyway we had to wait as he was in Aeropolis 40min. away. He was annoyed and hang up on us when I said well I do not wish to stay at a closed hotel and I want a refund. He agreed on the refund. We left and went to another hotel where I realized that i had forgot my carry on luggage at Porto Mani and drove back (45 min.) to get it. During that time the owner never bothered to call and say that he had found it. When we arrived he was at his desk and we went in to ask if he had completed the refund. He said " you have to do it you have to call Expedia USA". I said "no you have to do it. We came here to find a closed hotel and you agreed to refund us". " He responded "No i just called them..you have to do it" I insisted "well call again so we can do it together then." Of course this was a lie..he had called the central reservations office in Greece to complain about us and taking his side of the story they had told him that I should then deal with Expedia and cancel" I asked to speak directly to them and of course when they heard what had happened they refunded us instantly.
All this would have just been easy to resolve had he apologized and really admit that he was not checking his reservations. Instead he blamed us for having called him and not book on the phone with him. As he said " this gives him the right to shut down the hotel". So because I had called..any of you who may have booked this hotel.would have found it closed!!! Not only his behavior was not simply unprofessional but unethical. He called the reservations department to ensure it would be challenging for us to get our refund and would have to spent a day with Expedia to do so. Further knowing that I had left my luggage he made no courtesy call. Finally in this heatwave he could have offered a glass of water. Just to add that i am Greek American so there was no language barrier.response / report this review -

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία!!! Απίστευτο φαγητό!! Τέλεια τοποθεσία!!! Πολύ καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια!! Και δίπλα στη θάλασσα!!

Ειναι σε πανεμορφο σημειο με το απαραντο γαλαζιο μποστα σου καθαρο ωραια δωματια με τελεια θεα ολη τη Μεσογειο και την κυρια Βουλα με τα φανταστικα μαγειρευτα φαγητα και τον κ Αγγελο να μας λυνει καθε μας απορια και ερωτηση σας ευχαριστουμε για το ομορφο 3ημερο
