Friendly welcoming personnel. Bathrooms would need to be more modern, but rooms are very large and the kitchen good equipped (microwave and kettle also available, fridge and air conditioning). Near to the sea few minutes walking to reach the known Yabanaki resort. I come often to this hotel because rooms are simple but very comfortable. Price is more than honest.

We felt welcome as soon as we entered the lobby. The staff at the front desk is nice and very helpful. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk gave us a map and circled points of interests. The rooms are large and spacious. A short walk to the grocery store, bus stops, and the beach. We loved our stay and were sad to leave.

This is a great little place to stay, with easy transport into Athens. Nice rooms, nice staff (especially Vicky!). 10 minutes from the well maintained beaches.

We got a really good deal as May seems to be relatively quiet. Although the hotel is located about 20 min away from Athens city centre by car you get a nice view of the city. it is about 10 min walk to the sea where the water colour makes you jump in without hesitation! there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The hotel itself is more than adequate with a swimming pool, restaurant and very pleasant staff. if you can, choose a room with a balcony on the top floor for the view.

great place, stayed there 3 days in September 2011, payed 60 euros for a studio. great value for the offerings. quiet place, reminded me a lot of Miami =)
