Cosy separate 3level houses with kitchen, terrace, two balconies, two washing rooms and grill available at the territory. Very pleasant and ready to help owners could recommend wonderful beaches nearby.

We spent one week at the holiday house. The owner Costa and Vicky are two warmhearted and caring hosts.
When we arrived they welcomed us warm and we had a cool bottle of water in the fridge, washtabs for the diswasher and toiletpaper.
The house has space for up to eight people. There are several balconys all eqquiped with chairs an tables. The kitchen has a very good equippment, all you need you can find. The AC works really good.
The house is really clean and you can see and feel, taht Costa and Vicky work a lot to keep the houses and the environment in a really good state.
The sourroundig is beautiful, you have a sight to really old and big olive trees and you can hear the birds singing.
The beach ist rechable after a short walk (7 minutes). There you can find cosy restaurants, a supermarket and a beachbar.
We spent a wonderful week in Kalamitisi Parea :) Thank you.

Nous sommes retourner à Parea kalamitsi après 5 ans , toujours aussi chouette ,sommes rester 3 semaines, nos hôtes Vicky & Kostas aussi attentionné a notre égard , rendre service dans la bonne humeur et le sourire en prime sont leur
priorité , maison super équipée , clean , confortable , et environnement calme ( campagne ) pas très loin des plages de Kalamitsi , et quelques tavernes aux choix..Super vacances

Die 6 schmalen Reihenhäuser liegen ca. 150 m vom Strand entfernt und sehen aus wie ein paar Starenkästen mitten in einem Garten. Die Häuser sind relativ neu, komplett ausgestattet und bieten 6 Personen bequem Platz. 5* bekommen von mir die Buchten von Kalamitsi und die Möglichkeiten zum Wandern entlang der Steilküste. Es sind mit die schönsten Strände von Chalkidiki und Griechenland überhaupt (s. Bilder) - 5* auch für Angebot und Service der "Chica Bar" am Strand!
