  Really beautiful views from the top of the monastery. The place itself is quite small and not overwhelming but you can't expect much more for a monastery on the top of a rock. If you are able, try the hike up from kalambaka it is very beautiful and nice to be in nature

  They use religion for economic benefit only. They do not let athletes climb up to do what they love. They have set a ticket for 3euro . DO NOT PAY

  Amazing place, especially if you arrive by taking the trekking trail. The view (of it and from it) is incredible, and the peace you feel being so high up in the middle of the Meteora mountains is absolutely unique.

  4stars just because of the surprising landscape, otherwise it was closed. Check carefully the openning hours, cause you are in Greece!
