Very clean and nice hotel which had a lot of activities for everyone no matter ones age. Also the food was really good! My only bad thing to say about this hotel is that it was quite far from the centre. Nevertheless this hotel was top notch and i guarentee that you are going to have good time!
Great hotel with very friendly staff. Food choices in the main restaurant could have been better however a very enjoyable stay. Thanks
I liked this place. Very stylish communal areas, child friendly and very clean. Staff extremely polite and friendly especially the staff by the kids pool area (which also has a water slide). Live evening entertainment was great (Motown tribute, local artistes etc). Room was very clean (ocean view was just that). Food? Buffet had lots of choice and was excellent. The wine (locally sourced) was also good. Also, other restaurant choices (two?) on campus. NB There's also a Taverna over the road right on the beach which serves local dishes (take a right out of the hotel, 3 mins - you can also watch footie there). Beautifully crystal clear water and amazing sunrises.
One minor point (major at the time) - we arrived past midnight and the kitchen was closed. Staff were helpful but could only russle up a few sandwiches.
Overall however I enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
The staff are what makes this place special.
Absolutely fabulous. We went slightly out of season (middle of september) but it was still busy and lively. Staff are great, cocktails and food are delicious! Lots of different activities to do, live music and games for the children. All round great place to stay and if I return to Corfu I will be staying here again!
Excellent resort. Good food, superb views, and awesome settings. Would stay again.
It feels quite upmarket from the ambiance of the place but look deeper and certain little niggles arise. The over bath shower is messy . It fires across the bath and not along the length of it, so the hose is constantly in the way. The aircon in the room is barely adequate and in the main buffet restaurant - forget it! There is no air conditioning here and it's unacceptable. The sight of people fanning themselves to keep cool, in a 5* hotel just isn't on.
The bartender service is sluggish at best .
It's a nice hotel, clean and spacious, but, it's not 5* and nowhere near worth its standard rate of £230 a night!
Lets start with the positives the whirlpool room was amazing, the views were amazing, the beach was pleasant and the facility's if you have children are good.
However this is not 5 star when it comes to service..the staff are very busy and forgetfulyou have to grab there attention for a drink (which can take ages..was so frustrating) and hopefully they will remember and sometimes we had food but no cutlery on the table! (One evening we ended up sitting next to a table of 4 children ranging from the age of 6 to 11 no shoes and no parents in sight the amount of times they nearly pulled the table runner off with wine glasses on it was so uncomfotable nearly smashed glass everywhere why on earth were they allowed in on their own i dont know! Staff were too busy to care! Felt like i was on standby to help!) There is a wait to get in the main restaurant..none of that is 5 star at allget more staff that would be a good start.
Modern and clean. Very big, so bear that in mind of you prefer smaller hotels. You have access to a private beach. Several swimming pools. Suitable for families with small children.
However, the service isn't as great as it should be for a 5 star hotel. Most of the staff are friendly enough, but there is simply not enough staff. ExamplesI had to ask the staff for the WiFi code three times. Every morning for breakfast and dinner, asking for a drink is hard work. There's always a queue at reception. The water tank in the gym was empty and when I called someone, no one came. There are probably more examples. Yes, none of these are the end of the world, but this is a 5 star.
Nice nice hotel with friendly staff. Kids loved the splash pool. Beach is a lido only. Food buffet was ample, Greek restaurant was amazing. Live shows entertain the guests in the evenings
Nice and clean room friendly staff good quality of food and service
Nice place for relaxation.
Nice blue flag beach
Lovely rooms, food was always to a good standard, I was disappointed with the views from the pool side restaurant though. The buffet restaurant has fantastic views of the hills and the ocean
I love this hotel and just hope at one point I'll be able to afford to go back, it's expensive but you get what you pay for. The rooms are modern and spacious, the food was so tasty with a different selection everyday and the views were breathtaking. In the reception area was a board with different activities going on throughout the week, I'd definitely recommend doing the boat trips, especially to the Blue Lagoon!!
I keep good memories of this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very delicious food with lots of Greek specialty. And the must was the breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant facing the sea.
Outstanding facilities, service, and cuisine. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's bit far from Kerkira town but there's a fair bus service, willing to pick you up outside the hotel ("No problem!"). Recommended.
