Very nice villa for 4 people. Lots of kitchen amenities were provided if you didn't want to eat out every day. We stayed in the villa with the L-Shape pool, which was a great size for us.
Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Wifi has been very good and hasn't dropped signal once.
It is quite a long walk to/from Agios Nikitas, down a steep hill, however not a problem if you have a car - my advice is to drive down and park on the side street you've just come down, the main road is very busy and you're unlikely to find a space.
One minor thing is that the beds are not very comfortable - very hard mattresses.
Apart from that, the villa is great - would definitely recommend!response / report this review -

Anlage war zwar schön, aber wenn sich niemand um die Ordnung kümmert, dann ist man als Gast der Dumme. Wir konnten eine Woche lang wegen anderen Gästen, die bis zum Morgen feierten und sich laut unterhielten, kein Auge zu tun. Reklamationen hatten keinen Erfolg. Unser Fazit : nie wieder so eine Anlage. Schade

The villa was well finished to a good standard, stunning views!!!
The pool was small, only slightly more than a plunge pool, but adequate for that type of villa
Beds and showers typically greek. Clean but not luxurious.
One of four villas it had a lovely feeling of privacy although the pool area could be overlooked from adjacent windows
It was about a mile from the town up a very steep hill, which we loved but would imagine it could be a stumbling block for some – we usually walked it even though we had a car! But we spoke to one of the neighbours who was complaining about the hike up the hill and ended up hiring a car even though he didn’t want to –
RE THE WIFI
Sadly because of work commitments we have to have internet access so this was on the top of our 'needs list' and the Villa is offered with FREE WIFI which is why we booked it.
However the WIFI NEVER worked, not even once while we were there – so we did feel we were deceived –many of the reviews we had read had mentioned this could be an issue, so to be fair we should have paid more attention - After reading previous reviews we did write to the owner asking him to confirm that the WIFI really did work. He replied with a very indignant note saying that the WIFI worked fine!!!! It certainly didn't. I did call them when I was there and was told to stand outside on the upper balcony with my laptop. Even with this extreme measure we had no signal.
But overall if someone is looking for a remote private villa with stunning views and access to a lovely Greek village then this would be a positive recommendation
The village of AG Nikitas was divine – a small pedestrianised village, maybe a dozen or so restaurants and bars, a small but pleasant beach, very quiet but a lovely atmosphere.
If you re prepared to drive around the island it is really a feast of both visual and culinary delights.
Check out the Greco Levante taverna in Egremni - very greek, great views and wonderful food - if you enjoy a little hike you can walk to the Egremni beach from the restaurant. about a 2K walk. the beach itself is one of the best on the island and as it is accessed only by 350 steps it doesn't seem to get too busy
