The hotel is very nice located, in the bootom of hill, and sorrounding of the hotel is full of green trees, palms, olive and pine trees. Food is good, but they can change breakfast menu, because it's totally the same every day. Staff is excellent, and the rooms are clean and cosy. I gave 4 stars to this hotel, because they carried out the construction works on the building and the hotel beach in the middle of the touristy season. They were building a concrete dock on the beach, so everwhere we were finding wires from reinforcement and steel nails.

I give 5 stars because staff were smiling from their heart and when helping you they really do it with pleasure . Food was excellent combination of price quantity and quality.Th room was very clean

Lovely place with great staff always eager to help. We had an amazing time at your place and felt like home. Our room was spacious cleaned every day with beautiful view. The pool was good and we could always find sunbeds easily. Even the beach for as was nice . it was not a problem that it is not sandy because the access is smooth and also we could find sunbeds all the time. A very positive and convenient thing is the food. Nice Greek food with plenty of choices everyday. We stayed for a week and everyday we had a different fish at the buffet , chicken pasta soup and the best mousaka! If we ever come back at Thassos we would definitely choose Maranton to stay again.

The staff are genuine polite. Excellent quality at the restaurant on both breakfast and dinner. Great variety of dish choices. The rooms are relatively small for a 4-person family but cozy. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best of the island, but there are great choices nearby (5-10 mins by car). Only downside was some minor problems with the room, which were mentioned to the reception but never addressed.
The extra parking slots that are optional (paid upgrade) should be free since there aren't so many choices nearby.
Cleaning is one of the best I've seen. Daily visits and twice a week (at least) sheet change.
WiFi should definitely get an upgrade since it isn't capable of serving too many clients (good reception but bad DHCP service)response / report this review -

The location is very beautiful. We enjoyed the views of the mountain and the sea . We find rest here , real rest.
Our room was clean and tasteful. The breakfast and the dinner were very delicious and every day included fish .
Stuff is kind and helpful. The beach was small but ok for us!response / report this review -

First of all the main picture of the hotel is photoshoped..the beach is very very small..the white umbrella is copyed several timesthe beach is 1/4 of the one showed in picture. Dissapointed of the location.

Kαθαρό προσεγμένο με πεντανόστιμο φαγητό και τιμές που αντιπροσωπεύουν τις υπηρεσίες αλλά δε ξεχνούν και τις εποχές που ζούμε. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό και φοβερλη τοποθεσία. Λίγο καλύτερη να ήταν η θάλασσα και δε νομίζω να βγαίναμε από εδώ.

Τα καλα σχολια που ειχαμε ακουσει μαλλον ηταν λιγα.Καθαρο,ησυχο,οικογενειακο,με πολυ καλο servis ,πολυ καλη πισινα για παιδια και τους μεγαλους.Δεν εχει παραλια αλλα ολα τα αλλα επισκιαζουν το θεμα αυτο.Το μονο μειον αν θεωρηθει μειον ειναι το θεμα τηλεορασης που δεν εχει καλο σημα.Ευχομαι να το επισκευθουν ολο και περισσοτεροι να δουν απο κοντα την πολλη καλη φιλοξενια αλλα και της ομορφιες της ΘΑΣΟΥ.
