Very good location and resort. The only negative thing is the presence of too many wasps.

We have been there on our honeymoon for 10 days. The place looks really nice on the first glance. But if you look behind the cover
- Second day at our stay my wife was sting by wasp. They were absolutely everywhere. Each meal ment at least 3 wasp circling around you. If I tried to eat at the balcony it was impossible to enjoy the meal because of the wasps.
- Beach is just a few minutes from the hotel. But very sharp stairs and no handles, so absolutely no-no for older people. Also the water in the pool at the hotel was freezingly cold.
- Water in the shower in the room needed to be turned on for about 10 minutes before it started to be lukewarm.
- We had all inclusive. Wife lived in Greece for a year and was excited to get back to Greek cuisine. But the reality wasn't flawless. Breakfast was the worst of all. All small Greek pies tasted like they have been mass produced and reheated from frozen state. Lunch and dinner was somehow OK, but nothing to blow you away. The Greek specials didn't taste like they supposed to. We tried the same dishes in Potos in some restaurant and they were delicious. In the hotel the food was below average.
- All inclusive limited for few hours a day is just robbery!

To summarize it: If you want to get real Greek experience, choose some other hotel in Potos. If you want to mellow experience, stay at the pool or drive by rent car, choose this hotel without food.

I stayed at Aeolis Thassos Palace for 2 weeks in September with my husband. This was our second visit to the hotel following a fantastic holiday there last year. We have never been back to the same hotel twice but couldn't resist as we had such a good time! This year was just as good and we will definitely be returning again in the future.

The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely clean. The all inclusive package is fabulous, lots of choice of drinks and the cocktail list is lovely! The food is of a very high standard with plenty of choice and variety.

The staff however are what really make the hotel special. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In particular we found the bar staff at the pool. excellent. The restaurant staff work so hard and ensures the restaurant runs very efficiently. All of the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant were also very friendly and efficient.

Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately and efficiently by guest relations and I would say to anyone if you have any problems just ask one of the staff and they will ensure it is resolved quickly.

So to summarise this hotel is perfect for a relaxing luxurious break. The friendly staff make sure you feel at home and we will definitely be back again!

Had an amazing 10 days at this resort. Everything was stunning from the quality of the accommodation, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the most amazing food. Special praise has to go to the h manager Paris Lamprinidis who runs an amazing team making sure everyone is happy. We stayed in the adults only section and recommend requesting a downstairs room as the patio opens out pool side. The only thing that lets the hotel down I feel is the beach bar which is not part of the all inclusive package. Didn't bother us as we are more pool lovers anyway and hence why we will be going back in June! We have never ever booked the same place twice so that is testimony of the great time we had.

The hotel does not offer quality for 4 stars. It offers poor service, the attitude of the staff is rude and unacceptable. The beach next to the hotel is "stones only" and the sun beds are uncomfortable.The pool in the hotel is always full and the sun beds are insufficient.
The food -terrible, the beverages - low cost.
There are always children screaming and it is impossible to relax. You can not sleep well, as the noise in the hotel is 24/7 and you can hear everything your neighbors do or talk about. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
