Good evening, I ordered a Baofevg uv 82 case via phone order and I pointed out if there is a belt Along with the case and the lady who served me told me that it is included, I went to the store And there was no belt with the case Conclusion the store hung up on me I got at my work AWAY FROM THIS STORE This store is unacceptable.

I do not know if he is an employee or the owner but whoever he is is BORED TO SERVE !!! Also a product that is on their site seems to be available for collection from the store does not exist there. And when I asked him to order it and how long it would take for delivery the answer was "it will take". "

I placed an online order on 11/21/2021 and requested delivery by resident. After a communication I had with the elta courier on 25/11/2021, I was informed that there is a problem with the center of elta in Taurus. I spoke with the store the next day on 11/26/2021 who assured me that on 11/29/2021 I will receive the product. On 29/11/2021 the product was not received and the store said that it would try again to contact elta and that in fact they are not responsible as a store but their partner elta. I believe that there should be a better approach from the store to their customer, including partners who choose to work together to serve their customer.

Product was bought. I was in waiting list for four days. No later than I emailed them, they informed me that the product was out of stock.
Payment was due to return but it was done after I emailed them

I purchased various items from LEDITNOW to be delivered by courier.
Staff called to inform me of some items that were out of stock and offered me similar products which I could purchase instead.
All in all, a very efficient process, and service, by professional & polite people offering excellent quality products.
