Bad-tempered people, with nerves, claim that they did not know how many clothes and glasses you had and cost more, while they knew the floor of receipt and delivery, they started pushing for a crane and eventually charge you more in any way you can. Of course they forgot things, and said "go get yourself, do not tell me but to the employee" (the same unspoken) unprofessional. They were arguing with each other but also with us!
