Amazing week at Ikos, staff were all friendly and couldnt do enough for you.food was of really good standard.
We stayed in the deluxe (block 5) top floor ..worth the moneynice little extras such as spa, Xbox, and champagne. Taxis to and from airport.
Free bikes for use, the local dine out option was good.

What a great place. Completely all inclusive, no hidden charges, restaurants included, private beach. Never need to go anywhere else.

We have a toddler and a 5 month old but for some reason Ikos guest relations didn't want to allow for a 1 hour later (to noon) checkout time even under the deluxe package while our friends staying at the same time were allowed to 1pm. In our case we were told there was nothing they could do. it was 'c'est pas possible'. Sadly this left a sour taste in my mouth. Go to Mexico, the States, the Caribbean instead and spare yourself the rigid and inflexible European style service mentality. You'd also get better value for your money. While I'm at it, the rooms were too small compared to other all inclusives where I've stayed.

Read a lot of great reviews before booking. Pleased add another, fantastic holiday.
Our party consisted 5 adults and one 2 year old staying in a combination of accommodation comprising of a 2 bedroom Deluxe villa with a sea view and a one bedroom sea front villa, both had their own gardens which allowed for a private area in which to sit and relax. Both villa's were well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The Deluxe villa had an additional private seating area overlooking the sea and a separate more private pool for the guests to use. The cleaners and gardeners maintained the villa's and grounds to a high standard. The level of customer service was very high and we were warmly welcomed. There was a wide selection of cuisine to choose from Asian, Greek, Italian etc all of which offered great food. It is advisable to book in advance. The kids club allows the parents to take a break, maybe visit the spa for a treatment, book a session with a trainer or simply relax. A special thank you to Athina and her staff who offered a high level of professionalism. All the staff serving drinks on the beach and by the pool side were very efficient and helpful. We found the location perfect for our needs as we wanted to relax by the pool/beach rather than lots of sight seeing. Excursions are available. It's worth noting there are some deals to be had on the transfer costs so it's good to shop around.

A paradise does exist! :-) It is here :-) An amazing place for having rest, recovering from a hectic routine, enjoying absolutely delicious food in a variety of restauraunts and bars (including dine outs, even a visit to the local tavern), beautiful sea, marvelous pools of infinity style, tons of activities (including even classes of Greek!!!), sports, spa treatments, gorgeous views from every part of its vast territory and the most important - fantastic personnel speaking multiple languages and making sure each guest feels super special! Worth visiting 200% and coming back multiple times! :-)

I loved this Hotel, prices are acceptable for the quality of the rooms. All the staff is amazing, always there to help you and make you feel in the center of attention.

The best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in. Spent 7 nights in April 2016 and was treated as a celebrity guest the whole time. The service is unbeatable and every member of staff has a smile and works their best to please. Can't say a bad word about the hotel, absolute perfect for a week of sun, eating, drinking and relaxing. Take me back!
