excellent and we'll maintained 5* property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Food is very good in restaurant and room service is excellent and good. Room service very affordable for this type of hotel. Bar is excellent but tight on alcohol and too slow for my taste. For globalist, no club in the hotel but the breakfast is excellent with a great choice. Fresh fruit are top. Excellent and attentionate service. shuttles to airport, city and casino are very convenient.

Very nice Hotel with one minor flaw: waiting time for drinks from the bar is too long. Other guests had apparently the same problem. Now the good part. Extremely nice and helpful employees. Always smiling, very attentiv and proactive. Big thanks here for helping us after our flight was cancelled. The hotel is not the newest any more but still very well kept and clean. It has a beautiful outside pool. The indor salt pool is also very nice. The best for the end: The price was very good.

We stayed overnight at the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki prior to an early morning flight at Thessaloniki Airport. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and our bags were taken into the reception lobby as we went to check in. Reception staff and the whole check-in process was very quick and our bags were taken to our room immediately. All areas of the hotel had a high-quality look and feel to them. Our room was quite spacious with a king size bed and a sitting area which had a couch which converted to a bed for a child and also an additional rolling cot for a second child (as we were here with the kids this worked out perfectly). Our stay ended with our bags being quickly whisked out to an awaiting complimentary airport shuttle that fit our numerous bags, two adults, and two children, at 5 am. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay close to Thessaloniki Airport.

From the airport with the hotel limousine to the hotel reception, room, restaurant, spar and fitness area 💯% friendly and professional services 👌 The hotel it's self have a great ambient with a awesome view. Very tasty food and beverage.
