  We spend 6 days at Iliadis house and enjoyed it a lot. The studios are small but clean and has everything you need with including a nice and big balcony. The beautiful beach and whatever else you need is very close. Even the bus stop coming and going to Thessaloniki is only 10 meters away. We can highly recommend this place.

  We spent here several days with friends. I have never been here before, but it was a good decision to choose Iliadis House. Why?
  - the accomodation has a perfect location: bakery 20 m, beach 60 m, market 10 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurants from 20 m.
  - The owner, Mr. Sokratis takes care about the guest, and if there was some problem, they solved it immediately
  - it was everything in the price: wifi, A/C, taxes, cleaning
  - the high speed wifi was accessible in every rooms
  - after 3 or 4 days, our bed linen and towels were changed for no extra fee
  - the studio is not so big (like in every studios in Greece) but it's comfortable, and our terrace had a (partly) sea-view and a view to the Mt. Athos :)
