Kalamitsi Studios is cozy, clean, and near the Kalamitsi beach. The owner is friendly and responsive. The rooms are nice, with minor things making good impressions, but do not expect modern or high-end.
Finding it may be an issue if you're using a GPS to get there as you need to make a turn from the main road - make sure to stay on the main road and look for their sign.
The cats and rooster can be charming but also irritating at times, if you're in a room on the ground floor.

ho soggiornato per quasi due settimane con la famiglia.
gli appartamenti sono curati e puliti al livello di un ottimo hotel.
la posizione è ideale, vicino alla spiaggia, ma ombreggiata e silenziosa in un contesto curato e con la compagnia di animali da cortile in perfetta armonia col posto.
lo stile di accoglienza e la relazione con il personale sono l'aspetto più interessante: la disponibilità e la gentilezza non sono mai di "maniera" ma autentici e veri, in pieno spirito ellenicoευχαριστίες Dimitri!

We have called to book at 13:00 and we were informed there is availability for our booking, we called again to validate the booking after 10 minutes and he was not picking the phone. We called again several times and after he answered the phone he mentioned he had to check now if there is availability, then after several phone calls , delaying our booking he finally said at 17:00 that the room is not available. He has sold the room to another client, having us waiting for 4 hours.
