A new, clean and boring hotel Location outside the city with a view of Mehadrin Meteora, affordable rooms, clean, simply decorated. Breakfast suitable for 3 star hotel, staff does not try to help

From my room 'with Meteora view' I could see only a slice of rock from the corner of the balcony.
Couldn't connect to the wifi from my room (unable to get an IP address) and i could connnect only when i was in the restaurant and in the public area.
The second night my electronic key didn't open the door and I had to get back to the reception where they fixed it.
Now, on the positive side, the hotel is very new, with a large parking lot and is standing really just in front of the Meteora.
My room was big, comfortable, fully equipped. Not completely quiet because the this walls let pass every single noise.

The pits. Spartan surroundings and facilities. WiFi awful. Loved the rooster for a 5am wake up call.

THE ONLY HOTEL IN GREECE THAT WOULDN'T REFUND US AFTER HAVING TO CANCEL OUR PLANS BECAUSE OF IRMA.
My husband and I were excited to stay here, but then Hurricane IRMA hit where we live, the Virgin Islands. My husband is military and is being activated to help people who are suffering from the aftermath.
We both are saddened by the fact that our vacation is cancelled because of IRMA, but understand that the priority should be to help people who are suffering.
THIS IS THE ONLY HOTEL IN GREECE THAT WOULDN'T REFUND US.
Our reservations were still 2 weeks out, so we are giving plenty of notice.
I don't know about you, but if and when we DO get to go to this location in the future I would NOT want to be spending money with a Hotel with such poor business ethics .response / report this review -

It's rated as 4.5 star but it's closer to 3. They don't have a pool as they advertised but the staff are exceptional and friendly! You are essentially paying for the view.

Great location, clean and spacious room, tastefully decorated place, all sorts of amenities, best food in area. Great place to stay.

they do not even provide a kettle to boil hot water and will charge you for it when you order hot water. what kind of motel doesn't allow you to boil water ? food here is terrible as well.

A very nice and modern hotel that is a 5 or 10 minute walk into town. Unfortunately, the service is atrocious! The staff run around looking very busy but it is impossible to see what they are doing because they do not engage their clientele in any way. When approached, we found the staff to be very rude and we felt like nothing but an inconvenience. Do yourself a favour, save a few bucks and stay in a hostel - the service would be far better.
