Amazing accommodation and excellent customer service. My friends and I stayed in a hotel in Kavos for a few nights and decided upon arrival to Kavos to stay our last night in Corfu City. We then booked this hotel a week in advance thinking it was the right date. We discovered once we got to Folies that we had accidentally booked the room for the same day but a month later. Coming from Canada, we had no where to go nor did we know anyone nearby. The very kind receptionist informed us that all their rooms were booked at both properties but she relentlessly searched for a room in another hotel for us. She had even called the property owner to come by and see what he could do for us. The owner was beyond benevolent and considerate. He cared very much about our situation and was more than welcoming. He granted us access to all the hotel facilities (pool, showers, bathrooms, bar,), gave us space to leave our luggage and even showed us all the nice places to go to in the city. The owner was so beyond what he should have been and we could not be more grateful. Absolutely amazing staff!
The property itself is beautifully put together and very clean. It's also very close to the airport and only 15 minutes away from the town/main beaches. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Corfu city!response / report this review -

Great stay for one night. The kids loved the pool. Service from Staff was very good! Would stay here again for a noe or two night stay :-)

Friendly service, check out is at noon, so gives plenty of time. Clean pool, lovely gardens, quiet, but a short 5-10 minute drive from the town centre. Well signposted from the main road, even though navigating with Google maps is a bit challenging.

The place is nice, clean and overall pleasant but could do with a little bit more attentive receptionist. In fact, it would be a huge improvement if the receptionist was present at least during the check-in hours (we arrived late but within check in hours and had to wait for ages and eventually call the owner to let us in).

Surprisingly nice place, with good pool and decent poolbar. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Clean and tidy rooms, with better space than expected. Highly recommended if you got means of transport, not the best location without.
