I got a mini van cheap But after a few kilometres the service signal started flashing, the left headlight wasn't working and I had to drive 200km at night and the next morning the oil indicator was flashing because there was no oil in the motor. I had to buy oil and put it in the engine myself. Thankfully they gave me the money when I returned the vehicle. The car was rundown automatic when it was shifting gears you felt like someone was hitting the breaks. Not very clean and I had to carry 3 infants.
They promised an upgrade or discount next time. I doubt there will be one!response / report this review -

Reserved a Nissan Note and received an old C3. Not too much to compare here, I'm affraid. We're considering two fairly different vehicles in this case. For a start, they are not even classified under the same segment, with the Nissan being a mpv and the Citroen representing city car vehicle class.
The agency said they were in the same category and were unable to provide a larger car. I want a refund or larger car. I do not appreciate being taken for an idiot.response / report this review -

I booked a car to pick up from the airport and prepared everything.
My flight was canceled and rescheduled for 16 hours later. When I called them to inform them that I will be late their answer was: “your booking was canceled since you didn’t appear”, even though I have prepared for all the days!
When I asked them for a change on the booking they told me they didn’t have availability on the car, but when I checked online, I saw the same car I booked in higher price! In addition when I asked for redound they didn’t have me enough information “saying we don’t know, you have to speak with those you book your car from”.
FRAUD!
THIEVES!
UNPROFESSIONAL!

Short walk from the airport check-in station. Car was ready to go. Easy access to freeway heading to Athens. Car was clean and return process was smooth and quick.

The best team for renting a car in Athens airport! Genuine smiles and excellent customer care before, during and after the rental. Also very good prices in all categories. Totally recommend, no need to look elsewhere!

Booked a BMW 1-series and got a 5--year old BMW 118d. Pick-up and drop-off were very fast, though at busy times the counter at the airport can get crowded and there will be a waiting line. The car given had 65000km and for a rental car that is a lot(and it showed). I must note though that most of their BMW 1-series' are the newer 2016+ model.
Considering how bad other Athens airport rental car companies are, I will book with Enterprise again.response / report this review -

I did my Enterprise rent super good this time! MINI One D served me exclusively fine for 2 weeks in june 2017. Enterprise Athens airport station front deck was nice and fast. Returning procedure took a few mins with friendly people who relaxed my preflight rush.

We hired a car via Billiger-mietwagen.de. They gave our order further to cardelmar.de and at the end to Execute lease Athena were we got the car.
We took over the car on 28th of October 2016 and both sides (I and the employee of the station) agreed to give the car back at the station at the international airport in Athena at the end of the hired period.
When we gave it back in time with full petrol, the guy there told me that everything was ok, petrol ok, time ok. So we left the office in the meaning it were ok. 4 hours later we were flying to Santorini.
But when we came home to Switzerland we got a surprise. We were charged via the VISA card for about 120 CHF.
After a lot of emails (more than 10 times) to Execute lease Athena, sending them our boarding cards, our reservation for the hotel, the bill from the hotel Execute lease argues, that we gave the car back too late and that the tank was not full.
Unfortunately we did not aks for a receipt nor did we get a signature from the man at the office and Execute lease Athena constantly ignores our boarding cards.
So they finely cheated us. Never ever will we hire a car from EXECUTE LEASE. Be carful with this company.response / report this review -

Avoid this place at all cost!! We waited for our car almost an hour as it was not ready tr pick up time. Still unwashed and no fuel. Had to wait in the sun on a hot July day with my grandparents having the most dreadful day of their lives and with a 7 hour drive ahead of us. An awful way for someone to start their vacation thanks to these guys. The only exception to all this are the guys in the parking lot giving away the cars. Mr Christophoros and his colleague did everything in their power to get us a good car eventually and we are grateful to them

Through my work I rent many cars in many different countries but I have never experienced a more unfriendly and less service minded staff than at ENTERPRISE car rental in Athens airport.
Upon picking up our car we were told that that the car would not be delivered with full tank. We naturally objected as the rental was rented as "get full - deliver full". In the light of the state crisis in Greece the situation was very unpleasent. ENTERPRISE staff just told us that in case we would not accept their socalled "local" terms they would terminate our rental! Standing 6 people starting a holiday thats the last you want to hear. After a heated discussion they accepted to fill petrol onto the car!
Other ENTERPRISE offices normally deliver fine service but I will never recommend ENTERPRISE in Athens airport.response / report this review
