The 5 stars are for the service and people working here, they were very welcoming and informative when asked about places and they were nice to print my boarding passes without even asking, our room was spacious and well kept, the next day after coming back the room was made just like first day again, the experience here was just great and I definitely do recommend this hotel for future travelers! Keep in mind is located at walking distance from Acropolis! Happy travels !

Perfect hotel with great staff and within walking distance to everything you want. 1/2 mile to the Parthenon and museum. Hotel was clean and has great restaurants. Once has an amazing roof top view of the Parthenon. Staff at the hotel is super helpful. Parking is not easy if you are from the U.S. There is no parking lot or valet. It is really hard to find a street spot, but there is a garage for $10 a day around the corner. The doormen even offer to put it in the garage for you. So the staff is great.

Amazing service! Everyone, from the gentlemen helping you with you're luggage to the house keeping ladies were phenomenal! The reps at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and even calling taxi cabs for us. the rooms were clean and comfortable, not quite 5 star rating but very accomodating. The roof garden restaurant are the hotel has a fantastic view of the acropolis as well as a great atmosphere. The hotel is located within walking distance of the acropolis, the museum and many other attractions, restaurants and shops.

The staff at this hotel is the best of the best. They are kind, attentive, and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better check-in process, information of the city, and other items as needed.

The lobbies are very nice and updated, but unfortunately the tower of rooms nearest the check-in are slightly outdated (which we stayed in) - note that the back tower of rooms are updated and have views of the Acropolis.

Our room in particular smelled like moth balls and it was almost unbearable. Lastly, we had a small amount of ants in the room, including the bed, but not to the point of an infestation (saw maybe 20 total over 3 nights stay).

The stay was nice - good towels, bedding, water pressure, etc. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at their rooftop restaurant with views of the Acropolis. My wife and I used the hotel for showering and sleeping - we were out and about in the city for the majority of the time, so the hotel was great for our needs.

The hotel is just ok. We stayed at two other 5 star hotels and one other 4 star property while in Greece, all of which offered better, friendlier service and much better facilities. The rooms are very dated (although clean), and the pool area is dirty and mosquito infested. Lounge chairs and towels desperately need updating. On the plus side, they did leave us a complimentary bottle of water in the room and the location and view from the roof are very good. The lobby area is also very nice and the bell staff was friendly.

We've been twice on our holiday to Greece. Service first class, people at the concierge most helpful people, restaurant service and food exceptional. Breakfasts provided and that too exceptional. Highly reccomend this hotel. Thank you for being so supportive of my families needs.

Checked in today with my son and family to celebrate his 12 Birthday. Dimitri checked me in and was so pleasant and helpful. Hotel is boutique style and gorgeous! The view from our balcony? Stunning! Hotel very clean and elegant. Absolutely will stay here again.

Absolutely incredible hotel to stay at. The lobby staff was exemplary in information and directions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Athens. My favorite part was the location being away from the "hustle and bustle" side of the city. You are located blocks away from beautiful ruins and historical sites as well as a short walk from the Plaka for shopping and food.

After spending five days in Rome, and their cramped and rundown looking hotel, I was pleasantly surprised about how fancy and modernize this hotel is compared to everything in Europe. The minute I walked into the hotel I was blown away by the decoration in the hotel lobby and the friendly staff who offered their help right away. They made us feel so welcome. When I came into the hotel room I was very impressed by how clean it was. After we settle in, there was a knock at the door, a member of their hotel staff came in with a platter of fruit and a 40 ounce bottle of cold water. I highly recommend this hotel because of their accommodation, their friendliness, and how grandiose this hotel look. I wish I could give this Hotel more stars but five is the max for the rating system so they are definitely worth the of their five stars.

Decent place to sleep. Beds are comfortable. Friendly service personell. Rooms are clean in general, although I found some hair in the bathroom that didn't belong to me breakfast offers a lot of options, but rather low quality, not 4 star hotel level. Overall absolutely okay for a short stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. Located in a quiet neighborhood right next to the acropolis. Modern and clean rooms, with balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Excellent value. Large buffet breakfast with hot and cold food. Walk to the Acropolis in 5 minutes at the end of the street.
