The same story as the previous. I have contacted Ariston hotel 3 times but no answer whatsoever. This is indeed no more than stealing money and not caring the tiniest bit about your customer.

Never stayed but booked and pre-paid for one night on a planned trip to Greece this month. Then COVID-19 happened and everything shut down. I've contacted this hotel 4 times via email both directly and through the third party booking site for the last three weeks — they do not answer any communication. I assume they are just taking customers' money and don't care to refund or provide a voucher like every other hotel. How you respond during a difficult time matters. People remember. It says a lot about you as a company that cares about guests. This hotel doesn't care at all. I would expect at least a thank you for "donating" money to them. At this point, it's theft.

This is a nice small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They worked diligently to get me a room for the week when my reservation at another hotel had been cancelled.
Rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast is included and has a good selection of items.
My only complaint is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Very friendly and approachable staff, clean and tidy rooms and the breakfast is amazing. If you need a decent bed and to stock up your stomach for a full day in a beautiful city then the Aniston is perfect. They are also a 30 second walk from a metro station, across the road from the railway station and only 30-45 minute walk from the centre of Athens.

Alright hotel, convenient location. Located across the street from Athens central train station that has multiple trains to and from the airport. The hotel itself is ok. Fairly clean and updated. Minimal amenities, but for the price its acceptable. Staff at the desk were friendly.

It is a typical budget hotel which reflects from the condition of hotel. Location is good as metro station and Athens train station is just 2 mins walk. Staff was polite and helping.

Excellent staff, handy location as it is just 1 minute from the Larissa Station metro into town and that is only a 6 minute ride from the heart of the city. Rooms are clean, tidy, functional and not lavishly luxurious but that's expected in a very reasonably priced hotel. The bar is the cheapest we visited whilst in Athens and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had a question.
The WiFi network was good and air conditioning kept the room perfectly chilled at night.
Not much more you could ask for really. I only awarded 4 stars as breakfast is quite limited. I'd definitely stop here again if we were to venture back to Athens.

Can't go wrong with this Hotel.

The prices are cheap, The staff's very polite which makes you feel like you're at home, Food is great and most importantly the wifi is good, Not like most other non 5 star hotels where loading a website takes 10 minutes

Also very close to busses/trains/everything you'll need for traveling

    Great value

Rooms are not big but very convenient, especially when you are back to Athens by night train.

Positioned right next the the Metro and regional stations. Staff are good, english is not a problem and breakfast is reasonably priced. When you ask for a double bed, expect two singles pushed together. Usually no problem except they only give you single sheets.

A good, modern hotel with sparkling new rooms, close to the station and Metro so excellent for late night or early morning intercity trains or transport within the city. A bit more expensive but a big step up from the other two hotels in the street.

The hotel is a little far from the center but by metro it only takes 15 minutes to get there. Service was really nice and the room was clean. It was a little noisy at night because my room was close to the street and I've had better breakfast in hotels. Recommend it for a short stay in athens.
