We chose this location for the price on Hotwire so you don't know what you're getting really, but it was 4stars everywhere online. At first we were underwhelmed by the hotel and the room but we did arrive at 11pm after spending a tiring day in the Tel Aviv airport. But being here two days we love it. It's cozy, the bed is awesome and it is exceptionally clean. The staff are very very helpful. Breakfast was good, more than continental. If you stay there, you have to eat at the Cross restaurant next door to the right. They are wonderful. Our waitress was awesome. And we went away full! A big deal for a Canadian! This location is 15 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and to all the sights. Don't waste money on the metro or taxi. We even walked back at night and there were all kinds of people walking about even a lot of women, so we felt totally safe. Our hotel folks told us where to stay away from and we had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 6 nights during our vacation.
Located a 6-7 minute walk from the closest metro (Evangelismos). On hot summer days this walk is almost too long. A couple of nice places to eat nearby. Also a kiosk right outside the hotel entrance and a Starbucks 250m away.
Since this is one of the cheaper hotels in the area I'd say you get right about what you pay for.

+ Clean room
+ Fast internet & good wi-fi signal
+ Room toward backyard is quiet
+ Good AC (regulating temperature is easy)
- Noisy toilet (Sounds like Darth Vader breathing through the night)
- Bathroom floor gets flooded after a shower (Floor drain doesn't drain effectively)
- Beds have wheels (impossible to sit upright against headboard)
- Power panel, with three red lights, is located in front of bed (easy visible while trying to sleep)
- Empty mini-bar
- Rat(s) observed in the breakfast area during guest's morning meal (Hotel staff called every room and apologized. Neighbouring house's construction site was blamed)
- Backyard view is mostly of concrete walls
- Room has bad ventilation (AC alone isn't enough to remove air humidity)

We stayed here for a week in August 2017. If you don't care about breakfast(served 07.30-10.30) - it's a good place to stay.
During the weekdays the breakfast was pretty good - tidy and with fresh fruit and a machine to press fresh orange juice. But breakfast during the weekend Saturday's breakfast a rat ran through the breakfast area and startled up the guests, later the same day the hotel called all the rooms and apologized for the incident blaming the constructions next door. On Sunday I sat down for breakfast at 09.30 but the place was a mess. Almost no food left and no plates. I sat there till the breakfast ended, but they didn't refill anything other than glasses.
Other than that. Rooms are spacious and clean. Our room didn't have any tea or coffee unfortunately. WiFi is good. Staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything.

Very good value for money. The hotel is very visible across the streets. Near to public transport and Metro. The reception is very welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and clean with all equipments for a family. Our apartment was cleaned daily. The breakfast was greek style and tasty. I would like to recommend this place for family trips to Athens.

It's really nice and relaxing if you're studying or just on a holiday! If you love looking at the beautiful Athens views check out the balcony you won't be disappointed!

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment in June. The air conditioners did not work in the bedrooms. We asked the front desk twice to fix them. A guy came and did something. They worked for 10 minutes then stopped. The temperature was over 100 in Athens during our stay.

Best apartments to stay in Athens, beautiful and amazing surrounding area.
Hotel Cons.
1. Clean and cuzy apartments.
2. Great hospitality.
3. Good breakfast.
