Lovely location, away from the regular tourist trap hotels.

Staff really helpful and polite.

Only 3 stars as the the hotel is in dire need of investment to see improvements to the rooms and surrounding areas.

The Hotel has closed for 3 months in the summer of 2018 for renovation, so hoping to see an improvement.

It's a nice and quiet resort hotel in the lap of the Gambian nature. An oceanside location for relaxation. Good service and helpful staff but not that much options for extra activities.

It is described as 4 star, it is not 4 star by European standards but it is nice. This is The Gambia, it is a poor country, so standards are lower than people are used to. The staff are 5 star, they make every guest feel important.

The service is good from check in, to check out. The hotel staff work and try very hard to get it right.

The hotel is tired and needs upgrading. The Wi-Fi is generally OK, if slow but that is the infrastructure of the country not the hotel.

The new government, post the coup, is slowly improving the country but this will take time. Therefore there is no quick fix. Come with an open mind and you will go home having enjoyed a good holiday.

Food is above average but you can eat better in Sennagambia but if you are all inclusive then it defeats the object. I would recommend half board or room only. Then choose when to eat in and choose when to eat out.

The gym is limited but will do for a holiday. Dumbbells, rowing machines, running machined and cycling machines. Plus an aerobic studio. There is also a spa and a small pool away from the big pool.

Main pool is large and cleaned daily. Beach is nice.

Great place. Nice gardens and beach. Perfect place for a stay during the european winter.
It's not a Sheraton anymore. New name is Coral beach & Spa hotel.

Don't pay attention to Google Maps. The Sheraton Gambia is a few km away at the beach.
