Great hotel, rooms, restaurants and foods. Staff's was so helpful in anyway .Rooms with a view over look the sea and watch boat, ships coming in and out so relaxing

Just arrived back after 4 days.
All staff brilliant particularly bar and restaurant managers.
Food and choice very good in both bar and restaurant.
Room very comfortable with good housekeeping.
Wonderful views of bay due to elevated position not downside steep hill.
This is my 6th visit. Will be booking another very shortly

We visit Gibraltar twice a year and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Beautiful views across the Bay and north Africa. The hotel was recently refurbished to a very high standard. The staff are professional and extremely friendly. The Gibraltar Tourist Board have only rated this hotel four stars, myself and my wife would rate it five stars. A wonderful Mediterranean experience. Most highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel. Fantastic sea views and of the Botanical Gardens too.
Had Afternoon Tea which was delicious.
The service was excellent and the staff made my experience very special.
If you want a bit of luxury, then visit or stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Amazing food. Comfy rooms. Great showers and hot water.
A little pricey but we thought it was worth every penny. Free parking.

We stayed here for my birthday over the Christmas period. First impressions clean. Bed wasn't the comfiest. The tv has 200 channels & with the place being quiet it's good to have that available. Room service wasn't the best your limited to what you can get mainly sandwiches & crisp but wouldn't bother. We had the cleaners not even knock & walk in whilst we was sleeping at 9am when check out wasn't until 11am. Wasn't to impressed to be fair.

Spent two lovely nights on 11th November in room 428 - views from balcony clear and superb. Staff pleasant and helpful. Have stayed there before and it remains a classy hotel - i wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

A well appointed, tasteful hotel with a large bathroom and bedroom. Wonderful views of the Gibraltar coast. Staff were polite however I checked in earlier than the 2pm requested time and this was clearly not communicated to all staff as I had 3 different people enter my room un announced. Otherwise a pleasant stay but be careful of your hotel windows and outside doors as Monkeys can come in and nab your fruit, as I discovered.

Nice hotel, sitting right in the middle of Gibraltar.

Very easy to get to, and very easy to go to the top of the mountain as the cable car station is just right outside the hotel.

Service was nice and place was kept clean.

Okay, we didn't stay here but visited it while staying in Gibraltar. Amazing view and the service from the staff at the reception desk was amazing. They even printed ticket vouchers for me without charge. Will definitely stay here when I come back.

Lovely view and great staff. Rooms are clean and a good size. Worth getting a balcony so you can appreciate the view day and night. Breakfast was great as well.

Excellent location specially in night. Clean and tidy. Nice views from room terrace and from sitting area. Wide variety in breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms specially wasrooms were of good size

Really lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, and very helpful. Great little salt water pool (very chilli!) in a secluded area on the border of the botanical gardens across the road. Cable car up to the Rock is just down the hill, and you can walk or bus in to the town centre in 20 minutes or so. Definitely would stay here again.

The Rock Hotel is an Icon of Gibraltar. Set overlooking the Straits and Botanical Gardens it is a MUST for a sundowner on the outside terrace. The two Moroccan Bar Men have been there for as long as I can remember! All the hotel staff are warm and friendly. The biggest loss to the hotel as far as I am concerned was the loss of the iconic bar. However, all the old photos are on view within the refurbished lounge - a must see!

We got married in Gibraltar and stayed in this lovely hotel.. with very friendly staff, from room service to reception and bar staff, they make you feel right at home! feedback is taken very well and issues sorted accordingly would absolutely recommend it to any one .. location is brilliant but for those who aren't quick on their feet grab a taxi into town .. no hire car needed..just a stairway down will get you into the gardens absolutely stunning place !

Only there for one night, the rooms were nice with a good view, but the soundproofing could be improved. Friendly staff. The Fish and Chips from the lounge bar was somewhat disappointing.

Pleasant and classy hotel, nice view and well situated, definitely I had a pleasant stay here. Recommended. A minus : neighborhood
can be noisy because closed to the military port area.
