  I recently bought an electric toothbrush (Braun / Oral B) at Morrisons in Westside, Gibraltar. It malfunctioned after only a couple of weeks. As I had thrown away the box it had come in as well as the receipt, I was deeply disappointed and angry about the expense, thinking that I had just lost a fair amount of money. However, when my partner suggested that I give it a try and make a claim I did so at the Client Service counter. I was able to give the date, the price of the item and the debit card number I had used to pay for the purchase. The lady assistant called one of the managers, Antonio, who was very sympathetic, took all the details and promised to look into the matter. To my pleasant surprise, a few days later, I received a phone call from Antonio telling me that the purchase had been identified and that I could exchange the faulty item without a problem.

  Totally disgusted that my complaint has not been responded to. Here is a copy of my message Hi. good morning. I have a complaint. Yesterday, I bought a bottle of your own brand champagne among other items. I put it in the fridge and within around 15 minutes the whole bottle exploded which also caused the glass shelf above to shatter too. This should never have happened. I still have my receipt what do I do about this please. Regards. Liz Alexandria

  The Store is Great, we drove in from Spain yesterday to top up on a couple of items, but the Cafe is POOR, the Cleanliness in the Cafe regarding the Mugs for Customers to use is Crap 💩 and most unhealthy, the trays next to the machines dispensing the Coffee were full of uncleaned Mugs, they may have been washed up but, loads and loads were still showing tannin inside and brown rings inside the lip and when you handed them over to the staff member they just took them away no apology as though it’s the norm, it took 5 try’s to find a clean mug and in some cases some of the Spanish Customers accepted them, but sorry not us it make one wonder if the Mugs are that bad what is the rest of the Plates and Cutlery used their?

  Love shopping at Morrisons, they have great deals that change all the time. Would like to tubs of prepared fruit daily though as these are selling like hotcakes or not enough are being placed on shelves to sell.

  The very best is it's staff, friendly, helpful and always with a smile y una gran ayuda para los españoles porque son todos bilingüe!! The salmon in the restaurant is very good but mostly sold out � guess why?

  It is the worst Morrison’s I’ve been in,the shelf’s were empty the cafe was disgusting broken seats & staff attitude stank.

  So i am in a Morrisons - ask for a plain cheese sandwich for my grandaughter - they cant make me one !! Ridiculous
