Watch out!!!
No open minded people working over there. It is not possible to use your PS or xbox over there for downloading Updates with one of the TV's.Super unfriendly people over there.Zero custumer Service. No solidarity/help at all!!!!

Spent about 30minutes for SIM card replacement. Waiting time can be improved and their partial automated system in attending to customers is very good. There is also a high speed internet cafe. There are also just enough seats for clients. Staff are also very polite and professional.

Located inside Adum in Kumasi. It's a telecom company, where you can go to browse or get a sim and credit for your phone. Has very nice environment and respectful staff
