Driver only prefer longer and slow trafic routes and have to constantly direct him where to pass. Even in a speed lane, He drives at 40 to 50 km per hour while female drivers will even drive above 60km/hr

The environment is so serene. You can barely tell there's someone next door. There are no issues of robbery. In fact this is a place everyone would want to stay, despite the fact that there are little issues concerning water supply.

Nice place to live although years of neglect have led to poor environmental conditions; overgrown lawns, untrimmed hedges, etc. There is also a poor waste disposal system so there are usually lots of overflowing bins lining the streets.

This building was built some decades ago but it houses most of civil servants in Kumasi. The building are huge and there are many rooms. Road access is good but sanitation is poor and security needs to be improved.
