  After arriving, we found that the A/C didn't work so we had to wait 45 minutes or more while staff came in and out of the room trying to fix the problem. Then ended up having to switch rooms. The new room was filled with the odor of pest treatment, so much that breathing was difficult. The owner told me "this is Africa." I guess after sitting on a plane for 20hrs my point of destination just somehow slipped my mind!?!? The following morning we arrived for breakfast and it took over an hour for my husband to receive his meal. The place is cheap sure but I would warn not to choose price over comfort. The photos online are misleading.

  Wonderful hotel. I booked a deluxe room for a great price. It included a king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, huge bathroom, and a kitchen as well. The hot water didn't work for part of our stay, but I spoke to the owner who is wonderful and she had it fixed promptly. The wifi was spotty for my friend's phone but worked well for my phone. The staff was very hospitable. If you stay out late (past midnight) be sure to let the security guard know so that you can make arrangements to get back in since the gate is locked at night. I will definitely try to book here again next time I am in Accra
