Nice and clean, food also well prepared, but overall place is small and no enough spaces, restaurant is very small, and at the end it is very expensive comparing it to other hotels in the same level.

Roots is quite central so its easy to move round to entertainment spots, shopping centers, restaurants etc.. With a mini kitchen in each room, you can also make home made meals.

Worst hotel in Accra. They don’t serve dinner once it is 10pm. Staffs are not friendly and the chef is the worst chef I have ever seen. If you are starving he rather close than see you eat. This is my personal Experience at the hotel today

The Staff are lovely and the in hotel prices are very reasonable . You pay a little more to stay but you don't get ripped off. I can't recommend this place and its people enough and will be returning.

Loved the apartment, spacious with modern decor, it was home away from home. The food was good, kudos for location. There's room for improvement on the customer care. Enjoyed my stay.

Hot tub on roof is brilliant! Food and drinks were yummy! Food took a long time but its ok enjoy the view and jaccuzi while you wait!

The apartment layout is great, it has a big enough living room area with a fitted kitchenette and clean comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and would ask if you slept well. Breakfast isn't too fancy, regular breakfast but great.

Great studio apartments. Lovely view from the rooftop where you see most of Osu. Night view is breathtaking. Lovely food and drinks too.
