I had a great experience here getting a visa. I had been told in advance that CFA were required for payment so that wasn't a problem. I dropped off the application at 10am and had the visa by 3pm the same day for no extra fees.
However, the staff earned this 5star review when I realized my application had the wrong travel dates and therefore my visa was incorrect. They graciously accepted my apology and reissued the visa with the corrected dates - again, at NO extra charge. That's great customer service!

A difficult embassy. If you want a visa quickly you have to pay an "Expediting Fee" (AKA: bribe). Bring your own CFA as the exchange rate the offer is a rip off. Plus they are not willing to issue multiple entry Visas. Don't get me started about having to fill the same form out three times as they won't photo copy. Poor representative of a great country.
