Serene environment with an exotic touch buffet always good with life band african music especially on weekends and holidays. looks very much like a quite place for a romantic weekend getaways away from the hustle of the capital. Enough water sports activities to get you well engaged.

The Royal Senchi is beautiful! Wonderful views, excellent landscape, and comfortable stylings. Unfortunately, they won’t hesitate to play you! They are very aware that the clientele has money, and they will take advantage. While staying here, we had a package what was supposed to be inclusive of the food, except it wasn’t. We were told to eat at the buffet, except there wasn’t a buffet. They sat us at a reserved table, and under the belief that the food was covered under the package. It wasn’t until we were checking out that they sprung a surprise bill on us. That was fun! Obviously if we’re staying there we can afford to pay it, and it was only a dinner. It’s just the principle of the matter. It showed a lack of respect. So like i said, it’s a beautiful resort, just don’t expect them to treat you like you matterthey just want the money.

This resort is classic! Customer service is excellent, right from the main security gate at the entrance all the way to the reception and to the restaurant.
No wonder people refer to it as West Africa's most romantic hotel destination.
The rooms are large and equiped with all the amenities you'd need to feel comfortable. Thinking about
There's a safe in each room where your can hide what matters to you most.
You get to enjoy the boat rides, the gym, the playground, tennis, etc, which are part of the package at no extra cost to you.
The swimming pool is kept to the highest standards and you'll enjoy swimming here.
Thinking about your hair? Your room has a hair dryer and there's a salon also here.
The land space here is large and favoured with beautiful greenery and it will take you more than days to really explore and appreciate the beauty of this place.
The rooms give you a beautiful view of the Volta Lake all day round.
Breakfast here was princely and superb.
It was a really nice experience.

Simply mind blowing. It's indeed a holiday destination but for middle to upper class. They have some cool prices for buffet though. But I love the place and oh I love the front desk execs They all smiles and very warm.

I was there with some friends only for the day. It's a beautiful property besides River Volta. We had taken an hour long boat ride which was very nice. We had lunch after that and then left. I did not get a chance to check out the rooms, but I would definitely like to visit it again.

Breathtakingly beautiful place and impeccable service. The menu and restaurants (including restaurant service, specifically) could improve but this does not detract from the overall magnificent experience. Will definitely come here again.

First class facility on a bend of the Voltage RiverAfrica style grass-roofed buildings with extensive local hardwood and tile work, lovely pool and bar area, and very good attention to policies such as safety and security, maintenance, staffing, and food prep. Apparently owned by a Ghanaian and Dutchman, and the general manager is French. The hotel offers numerous local excursions, including a tour of a very unique glass bead factory who's owner regularly visits art centers such as New York and Santa Fe to participate in art festivals and seminars.

Funtastic hotel. Their charging is not good enough. We met some friends at the restaurant and we are sat at the same table. After diner we asked the waiter for separate bills for the drinks and we were informed that it was part of the package. When checking out we will informed for all the drinks consumed.

First night there were a number of problems with the room, but they did try their best to fix these problems.
The grounds of the hotel is beautiful, however, I felt that the rooms lacked space and privacy. Breakfast was cold; but fresh juice at the bar was really nice.

Most people prefer to check in on Thursdays and check out Sundays for a weekend getaway. I prefer to check in Sunday evening and check out Thursday morning that way you get to enjoy pure luxury. The staff at the Royal Senchi treats you like royalty.
I will recommend the 45 minutes boat cruise to the Akosombo dam any day as well as the bird watch.

The Royal Senchi not only met our expectations, but rather exceeded them by far. From the service we received at the lobby during check - in, to the assorted buffet meals for all palettes. Serene and friendly environment .The rooms are neat and receptive. The staff are friendly and professional. Good variety is good and on time. Conference rooms well kept. The grounds are so beautiful. Just being here makes you feel relaxed. This facility deserves its 4-Star rating.

It's one of the exceptional places to be in Ghana. Great for family vacation, company strategic sessions etc. If you are one of those who find their food a little one way, I pretty much suppose that will change soon.

Royal Senchi is seen as a Paradise in GH.
Everything here is seen to be in perfect order.
All workers are duty-conscious ; they are all seen to be doing just what they have to do.

Amazing place, perfect for honeymoon or family vacation. I love it's nearness to nature especially, the river view rooms and finishing of the facility as a whole. It also has an airstrip for helicopter landing and is affordable enough for that standard.
    I'll recommend anytime.

Very beautiful and serene. Blending traditional African architecture with modern architecture. But very expensive. It's still worth the money. It's a luxury hotel.
