Very beautiful place, very green, decent lodging and service. Tour and breakfast on the lake available (not sure about lunch/dinner though). Lovely place

The place is beautiful, rooms not exactly what you expect but service is very good. You can also take boat tours on Volta River.

Stayed for three nights. Serene environment,very quite and neat. Comfortable room, except wall geckos in the room. Breakfast was on point,loved it but the lunch wasn't so tasty, didn't enjoy the lunch. And why we had to pay for very room delivery of breakfast and lunch,i don't understand. In general, i loved the place and will definitely go again, just cos of the breakfast.lol

Wonderful, beatiful and peaceful place. Friendly and polite staff. Not too far from Accra, take about 1,5h to get there.

My ratings is purely based on the food and environment as I didn't book a room. I completely loved my visit to Afrikiko riverfront a couple of weeks ago. The food was delicious. Started of with kelewele ( which was fried to perfection not oily), later had their fries and spicy chicken ( didn't really enjoy the chick as much). My friend had jollof with beef stew. I tried the beef stew and it was perfect 👌🏾. Oh and their pineapple juicy is 100% from pineapple. Loved it unlike other resorts (aqua safari who serve juicy juice as fresh juice😡)
The scenery was clean, beautiful and peaceful. A selfie heaven and Perfect for relaxation. It's truly a hidden gem. Only wish it was closer in Accra😜 but oh well still worth the drive to Akosombo. Will surely visit again soonresponse / report this review -

Definitely a nice spot + cool pool and even a chance to play soccer or volleyball, the boat trip to the dam is a nice option too. Oh, and try the local food!

Nice, clean and quiet place for resonable price. Good food, nice view to the river. Swimming pool should have better maintenance but it was ok. I don't know about other rooms, but if you take room next to the swimming pool it has super comfy beds.

Is a very nice place with a green garden, nice outdoor and indoor restaurant near the river, nice conference room and nice car park and also they have nice rooms especially the Executive rooms and chalets which is also closer to the river

i always know this place can do much better. it has an advantage of a river front view, a great location out of the busy town and quality rooms. but all the same their services are good but can be great. its actually a nice place to be!
