Room wasnt designed for comfort. No room to walk around. U need to use the door key on the other end of the room and insert in a slot behind the table to get the AC working, and it has the remote in Chinese and couldn't tell which button did what without hit n trial.

I am a wheelchair user and was amazed how arrangements had been put in place to ensure smooth movement of wheelchairs.
I patronized their restaurant and the environment was serene. The food I took was jollof rice with salad with extra chicken. The food was good and very much worth the cost.
The receptionist was excellent and so were the waitresses.

Very nice room. Hygiene of room to a high standard. Staff respond in a timely manner, very responsive, professional and courteous. Food well cooked and presented. I was adjacent to the pool area and would recommend to other guests that if they don't want to hear loud noises from the pool bar ask to be placed away from it. Happy customer.

There is potential and the set up could have been done better. The place is always booked and has too much disco lights. However, staff are amazing and they have a beautiful poolside.

You need to pass the night or have a small meeting within the Kumasi area. Royal Park hotel provides you with an atmosphere that can handle that. Not so much for comfort or finesse but just to get your real reason for coming to Kumasi done. Staff so friendly, reception ok. Conference rooms just fine.

World class services offered here in the garden city. Hard to come by good hotels in Kumasi. This is an exception rather than the rule.
