Completely disappointed. Ordered a 6D mark II in early September. Was told it would take 2 weeks. 3 months later I was greeted with a 6D mark I. A camera that's 5 years older and that it would take an extra 2 months to get my original order. Nathaniel was the one handling my order. They generally have a warm staff (Jonathan gave good service) but some professionalism is lacking. The accountant was extremely impolite.

Waited for over an hour with my cousin to get a camera he ordered 3 months ago, which he was supposed to receive in 2weeks after the order.Only for them to mess up his order and not give definite feedback.The accountant was also very rude.
